Summary: Downstairs customer service was excellent. However, cleanliness is a different story. It appeared the only thing that was cleaned in our room was our bed and the bathroom sink. The light switches and remote control were sticky. There were obvious stains everywhere else including the bed’s side tables with stains from spilled drinks and cup stains. We won’t be back. This was an extremely overpriced trip for a 2 stars.

Summary: Breakfast is pretty good. Coffee was outstanding. Some negative aspects were the need to manage a dehumidifier in the room. Fortunately, I had experience and knew how to empty to water it accumulates, but a guest shouldn't have to do that. I had to empty the pan once a day, usually at night and it was needed, as the floor was wet with humidity. This indicates issues with the climate control, but staff could have made it simpler by simply emptying the pan when they cleaned. Guess not. The hostess that checked us in could use some training in customer service too.

Summary: Very clean. Custom service was great, helpful and accommodating very professional. We appreciated that we were able to do laundry on our own. We will return. Close to highways, shopping and airport.

Summary: The place is very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating when I complained about being next to a room with a loud crying baby. The rooms were connected so it made it worse. I was told that there was no room available but after sharing the situation I was moved Immediately.
